  1. For Trump to end up losing, the system would have to be so broken as to be irreparable. As for AOC's strategy, I don't think it should fare well in court--even a broken court. This kind of political persecution engenders a parallel social construction, an alternative society where the persecuted organize. We may all have to become "terrorists" for the republic to be restored; that's a role the freedom-fighter is often cast in.
