Have you EVER seen a skilled rule-maker in action? Nobody has! If you're not a practiced logician, there's no way you're going to produce a cogent, coherent rule set. Statutes and regulations created by hacks who don't understand the limits/constraints inherent in ALL rule systems are guaranteed to be a mess of bluster and incompetent legalese. So, we need a top-heavy legal system to make real sense of these statutes and regulations, when a proper rule system requires very little "interpretation"--it's internally consistent--obviating the need for so many judges. They secretly see their rule-making as an opportunity to exercise CONTROL of the population with an eye to certain reelection. This secret desire contaminates the entire rule system. The idea that the masses are capable of governing themselves needs serious reconsideration...
