  1. "...your mind gets tricked..."? No. Because of lacking discipline, "your mind", as you like to call it, simply fails. Guess where the motivation to discipline comes from. Yep, STRESS. Every impetus to grow is a "stress". If you don't resolve those stressors, the stress is internalized as a variety of tensions, which precipitates...dis-ease. And smart people don't exemplify laziness...
