  1. Supposing the special master's work is done in private, does the pre-election timing really amount to much? What it will do is remind everyone how the dems like to behave!...which is not to their advantage...And the risk of a decision that goes against them is certainly not discountable! So, I think it unlikely the dems are particularly happy about this timing.
