  1. Seems clear that congress critters want big tech to do its dirty work, because what congress wants done would be unconstitutional. What I don't understand is how "hate speech" "policy" can be legal if it's unconstitutional. Is it the "private corps are not constrained by the constitution" argument that somehow validates this inconsistency? Hasn't congress enacted "hate speech" legislation? Should they even utter the unconstitutional phrase, "hate speech"?
