We're Satanists: there is no god, hell, nothing matters. You can do whatever you want--except harm children! BS! There's no logic to that proscription. It is proffered in an attempt to forestall persecution, as in, "hey, leave us alone and we won't hurt children". Wouldn't an atheist be ashamed to be illogical?

Reptilezionofaramouru adre <--Satanism is BS. Rand seemed fascistic to me. But why follow anybody? I only propose that you can just as well devise your own filter system for making sense of reality. Using someone else's is really not possible, but the result can appear functional. You need to know your psychonautical toolset from the inside out if it's going to be extensible. Somebody else's tools are always a little clumsy. I prefer to USE tools rather than BE one. Forget all the "isms", and just work the angles. When the words get too big you don't know if communication is happening; there's too much room for interpretation to trust that your intended meaning has been accurately interpreted by your listener. I know it's natural to feel you've gained knowledge simply by labeling something, this -ism or that, but all you've really done is embellish a filter.

@kaziklubey7098 <--I disagree: It can ALWAYS be worse. Satanism and Christianity are both religions, and religionists by definition are narrow-minded/exclusive--and emotional. They are not equipped to penetrate the mystery of existence in an original, direct fashion; they, instead, must symbolize that effort in ritual and dogma, the purpose being the restraint of the very same hedonistic--read, "anti-social"--behavior that Satanism would unleash. The result, whether desired/intended, in either case is political power--an ultimate temptation to all of the "worse" that you mentioned. Satanism would just be a different flavor/direction of "worse". No "religion" expounds upon the properties of conscious awareness, as such; everything is cloaked in emotional symbolism and directed to mystical experience--understanding cut off at the knees. This is suitable for the relatively unintelligent (make the common man afraid to behave "incorrectly"); but for the sufficiently intelligent, this approach lacks sincerity (what does this mindless niceness get me in the spiritual end?): what is the truth? Why do we have to "believe"; why can't we actually "know" by direct perception?! Genuine "occultism" (i.e. esoteric philosophy) is about wielding/clarifying/perfecting the means of perception--not about escaping the sensational world.

Eh...the bod is god. Sensory stimulation is the major obstacle to focus, but it also buttresses the very capacity to focus, through its presentation of focal subject. Sensory stimulation presents the very IDEA of focus to conscious awareness. You'll expand on that basic idea by applying the principle of focus in other-than-sensory contexts. All well and good, but remember it all starts with sensation. The bod is god.
