You gotta sue 'em. How about "unfair business practices"? Corporations can't take anything seriously that isn't happening in the legal sphere. If it isn't in the courts it's below their radar, and can't seriously affect their bottom line, which is every corporation's only charter. "Masters of communication", hehehe...kinda like the Masters of the Universe? Yeah...

As Fred Gwynne said in "My Cousin Vinny": "What's a 'ute'?"

It's always about money. But what's the connection? How does this anti-right sentiment proliferate to levels of decision-making in other corps? I don't think Amazon observes what Twitter is doing and is prompted to action accordingly. No, I think their is a network of relationships behind corporate leadership much more intimate than lobbyists/bribes: personal friendships. Through the personal conversations of friends this anti-right sentiment proliferates--and very effectively. Think about it: businesses in the same industry have a stake in the reputation of that industry. They are going to coordinate with each other in advance of such a move, because it promises to affect the entire industry. They've planned damage control in advance; but they DO want everyone to THINK that they are just responding independently, and accidentally similarly.
