  1. I thought the FISA "court" was an executive branch creation. Styx's use of pronouns leaves me wondering: Who created the FISA court? Is it a creation of Congress, through the FISA legislation? Did the Judicial branch, somehow, create it? Did the Executive branch create it? Whoever created it, one branch created a COURT SYSTEM! That ain't right! Stupid people taking shortcuts...double danger...hehehe...
