  1. There's no reasonable rationale for SCOTUS recusals that doesn't also extend to the "liberal" justices, as well. The "politics" of the court is burnt in! Every case has political ramifications. It won't work to try to recuse the "most" potentially politically biased justice(s), especially on a case-by-case basis! It's a completely unworkable idea.
