  1. I think the EU leadership must be looking for a way to secure the loyalty of the remaining EU states. Something may change at the top as an incentive to remain; or, they may CRACK DOWN on the remaining states, to make it more difficult to leave. A lot will depend on how UK fares now. If they do well, I'd expect more defections from the ill-conceived and tyrannically implemented EU.
