  1. Undoubtedly, AI has myriad applications. The consumer "killer app" will be the "personal assistant". The government "killer app" is the one to watch out for! AI collectives will be created to process gargantuan data collections that have been actively collected for over 20 years, now. But these Borg-like collectives will especially shine in the area of REAL-TIME data acquisition and analysis. Think, "Person Of Interest", on steroids! Do you doubt the capacity of AI to monitor all digital data movement? How 'bout a collective of a thousand AIs? 10000? Or a hierarchical organization of a thousand AI collectives, where each collective comprises a thousand individual AIs, perhaps organized similarly?! The AIs LEARN how to operate together more and more efficiently, producing an impenetrable "AI society"! This is smart tech--they'd better program it smartly. Otherwise...we've got a million Frankenstein monsters on the loose!
