  3. I didn't hear our host offering a counter explanation to the "conspiracy theory"! No explanation of precisely HOW the homeless evacuation was accomplished while dismissing attempted explanations does not inspire confidence in our host.

  6. So, legally, the 22 homeowners own the property jointly? How has the tax on that property been assessed and collected?! It seems to me when the city identifies a "clean up" issue, it should contact the group of homeowners FIRST before suing. Then that group could collectively initiate a prosecution of the interlopers. Looks like the government intends to PROFIT themselves...because they CAN!
