  1. Democrats are unwilling to enforce southern border control because they don't want to give trump a success. They care about hamstringing the president more than doing their jobs and acting in the best interests of the American people.

  2. Mexico doesn't have the same problem as we do because the migrants are planning to roost on Mexico and collect taxpayer funded social benefits. They pass through Mexico. They roost on us. We can measure Mexico's performance when the flow of illegals at our southern border stops, or at least is considerably reduced.
