  1. He's not suggesting we ban them because of the god they worship. He's suggesting more serious vetting of immigrants from nations that would do us harm. Get it straight! His candidacy is an historic event the likes of which I don’t think this nation has ever seen. He's risen out of relative obscurity as far as the political scene is concerned and defeated 16 other contenders for the nomination including senators and governors. He's proven all the pundits, establishment politicians, critics and other elitist experts totally wrong as he moves ahead winning primary after primary. He's poised to take WV on Tuesday then it's on to Oregon, CA and NJ, among others, all states he's favored to win. Actually, at this point, he can't help but win because he's now running unchallenged by another other republican. The notion of launching a third candidate campaign with the likes of losers such as Rubio or Romney is simply folly, just as all the criticisms and predictions of his demise have been so far. If extreme right wing republican idealist are stupid enough not to support him, vote for a third party candidate, or stay home on election day, possibly allowing Hillary to win the election, they have done an extreme disservice to themselves and the nation. Cruz said many times in his speeches a third Clinton presidency will be a disaster for this country. Republicans should heed his statement, rally together, even if they don’t like Trump, and be sure that doesn't happen. If a Trump presidency turns out to be a disaster, it's back to the drawing board in 2020. In the meantime I'm not afraid to roll the dice on him. I remain bullish that he'll win the election and be a good president. I'll admit, he has a lot of promises to keep. Whether or not he can pull it all off remains to be seen, but I'm more than willing to give him a shot at it. He's had my support from day one. I remain true to that conviction.
