  1. Typical corrupt PA politics. the money will evaporate and never to anyone any good except to pick your pockets more than the state already does. Philadelphia should be focusing on it's poverty and slums tantamount to their neighbor across the river, Camden. I bet not one penny of this new tax will find its way there.
