  2. I live in PA. A house on our road which was occupied by an older guy for decades, recently came up for sale and sold in about a month. A pickup truck from NJ is sitting in the driveway. My brother left NJ a few years ago after living there his entire life, over 50 years. That was way before today's nonsense. It's been going on a long time.
