  1. Ok, I'd understand if they opened at 7am-7pm, but taking a lunch closure when hours are 7-8 hours or less is silly. Lunch closures shouldn't happen at public offices. If banks want to do it, that's a business decision. I'm sure another bank will see it as a opportunity.
