  1. What a disaster. All these big tech companies have killed small businesses and related jobs. And, now they are firing their own people. Quick glance: NTES has 15B in cash on the balance sheet and generates 3-4B in free cash flow a year. And, this is the difference between small businesses and publicly traded companies. Small businesses will run less efficiently and carry more jobs. These big companies will slice jobs all the time.
