  2. 14:22 this is what the CCP doesn't get. They always try to make one sided deals. A mutual beneficial relationship is deemed as a loss for them. People think China plays the long game, but it's really Japan. Their investments in SE Asia are never as loud as China, but measured and thoughtful.
