  1. All speech is protected under the first amendment. There is no such thing as hate speech or disinformation/information There is just speech and information. There are already laws against speech that calls for direct violence against someone or something but just because speech hurts someone's stupid feelings does not make it unlawful. It is not the government's nor anyone else's job to police what people are allowed to see, read or hear in order to form their own opinions about something, and it damn sure isn't their job to police what people are allowed to say.

  2.  @EtanG911  There is no such thing as hate speech or disinformation/misinformation and unless speech directly calls for violence it is protected under the first amendment. You don't get to pick and choose just because something offends you or you find it distasteful, etc
