The people who are already qualified for Medicaid didn't notice a damn change in anything I can assure you of that because I did population help management in Illinois for a large Medicaid population. It just raised the costs for the rest of us and lowered the coverage while allowing them to jack up prices in healthcare so they got more money.

As a resident of Illinois I can guarantee you that Durban doesn't give a shit about your insurance premiums because he hasn't responded to any of my emails or comments asking why since the ACA went into effect the rest of us are paying sky-high premiums along with sky-high deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts and we have less freaking coverage. It's because of the damn not affordable care act
