  1. Haven't ya heard people are leaving those states in droves. I think it has something to do with $2,000 a month's rent for a 900 square foot apartment, my living room is that big. (mainly in the major cities)

  2. I moved from south Florida to Tampa a year ago, should've done it years ago. South Florida has become a playground for the rich and famous. One restaurant tried to rush my wife and I through dinner cause a celebrity wanted our table with the view of the beach. We took our sweet time and didn't leave a tip. 😁

  3. Well, I knew Florida would be on the list, expected it to be #1. That's about right but not all of us move here to retire, I moved here in my early 20s. I traveled with my job, came down here for work and didn't want to leave. A few years later I moved, turned out to be one of my best decisions in life. (Ex-wife was my worst) I hate the cold the only time I want to see snow is on TV during the winter Olympics. Who cares about the leaves changing when you got palm trees in your yard, I don't have to rake leaves. You always hear about the heat, but outside of the tourist months, (the hottest time of year) when most most out-of-state people come. But for a good 6 to 7 months the of the year the temperature is quite comfortable. Most of home grown people in the state is in the central part of the state, where there's 10 teeth in a family of 5. 🤣🤣🤣
