  1. Some of the most friendliest people I've met were in Louisiana. The food, music in New Orleans is one of a kind. My wife and I use to go to Mardi gras every year until Katrina. We like it very much and wouldn't mind living there. But neither me nor my wife would be able to make a decent living there.
