  1. Yes Briggs yes, keep them coming j I love it. I'm an amateur African historian, I've known about some of the things you talked about Emmett Till, Ole Miss and the prisoners in the flood. History is not always pretty but it's necessary so we don't continue to make the same mistakes. I love learning new things, keep it coming.

  2. I've known about Emmett Till since I was 10yrs old in 1976, our teacher gave us the basics and told us to look it up for ourselves at the library. Because it wasn't a required course and we wouldn't get any credit for it. This is the history that conservative republicans are trying so hard for people not to know about. By banning books and African American study courses. Whether they like it or not it's part of American history as a whole picture not just one side. As Briggs knows once you start to venture down the rabbit hole it's hard to stop. I'm still learning more about American history to this day and I'm 56yrs old now. There's so much this countries history that's been sanitized, (that's the word I was looking for) you'll be shocked. The ole saying, "with age comes wisdom" it's totally wrong it more like, "with knowledge comes wisdom not age." You're a smart man never stop learning.
