  1. Okay, I wouldn't even contemplate moving to any of these states on this list other than Hawaii. Hawaii is so expensive I wouldn't want to move there either. So I have a question. If these states don't want anyone moving in what are they going to do about population decline? 🤔 My wife said they're going start an inbreeding program. I'm pretty sure a lot of those backwood states already have that program in place. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Arkansas in Tennessee comes to mind, I have distant relatives from both states. Just talking to them you pretty much can tell there's some inbreeding going on.
