@kjhuang Have you seen the cops lately, a few are in shape but most of them can barely do 8 seconds in the 40. I'm 56yrs old, 6'5" 275lbs not as fast as I was in college but I can still beat that time easily, I'm a gym rat love working out.

First off let me say my wife and I love watching your videos. We make bets on if our hometowns show up, you've won me a lot of money. Thanks again I've won another one, whenever it's a worst city video my hometown,(St Louis) is always in the top 5. Her hometown,(Jacksonville FL) is hardly ever on a good or bad video. As bad as she thinks her hometown is, mine is always worse. She now understands why I left, now she doesn't want to bet me anymore, lol. Oh by the way cold doesn't stop criminals, you can always put on enough clothes to keep warm. It's the heat you can never take off enough to keep cool. (well you can just not in public, though some people do, yuck. No can't let the intrusive thoughts win) Living in Florida for over 30yrs 7 months of the year it's so hot you risk having a heatstroke going to the mailbox, let alone run from the cops.

@kjhuang Man I live in Florida I wear as little as possible, I don't run anymore not even on a treadmill not since fall last year, too many knee surgeries. I grew up in a cold climate and done my share of dirt there, (more than you'd imagine) cold, snow or what I was wearing never stopped me from running or anything. If they couldn't catch me a 6'3" 230lbs 15yr old teenager in a winter coat, sweatshirt, long johns, jeans and boots running in the snow, they couldn't catch a cold. (forgot the 2 pair of socks) Now in the summer when it was 95° w/ 110° index I was in the house under the a/c, they got a pass that day.
