  1. The MPs should be residents IN their constituencies where they are voted for ( NO second homes needed). Have had at least 10 years work experience OUTSIDE of any political field. NO expense claim to keep their residences & ONLY relevant expenses in relating to paper / envelopes / postage etc as BOUGHT centrally by that party. NO relatives employed ONLY those who have applied from JobCentres.
