  1. My energy supplier keeps on telling me to increase my monthly charge - WHEN ALREADY AM IN CREDIT NEARLY £200! Their asked for rise is less than I'm paying pcm! FFS they're utterly useless & I have complained about it. Likewise the water company who sent me 5 messages about "saving water" when a) they haven't stopped their leaks b) read the wrong meter for 8 years, so had to refund me and c) being on metered water for so long I know how to save water better than they do! 🤬
