  1. What about the person filming this? He / she too probably wasn't wearing a seat belt to film "sideways" but direct on to Sunak! The driver should have ensured that the passengers are ALL wearing a belt before starting off - it is the DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY as well as the PASSENGERS!
