As fireworks in the UK were first used in the 1486 to celebrate the marriage of Henry VII; then bonfires lit to celebrate the fact that James 1 survived the Gunpowder Plot of 1605! In 1606, an Observance of 5th November Act enforcing an annual public day was passed in to law! Just because a few have mental issues on noises doesn't mean everyone else should not celebrate a tradition? I have more sympathy for animal owners and the animals. TURN THE SOUND OF MUSIC UP!

Perhaps the law should be that fireworks can ONLY be used on 5th November. ALL other times to be banned. 😊
