Incompetent liar who only uses his positions to 1) change laws so he doesn't pay 40% on his capped pension as head of DPP, 2) got 4 violent criminal off on a technicality and 1 went to commit another violent crime, 3) accepts bribes on everything including glasses, clothing when he's a millionaire & can afford his own! A MAN WITH NO MORALS!
