  2.  @Lengsel7  Yeah it is. I live in California and I have seen sea foam at Bodega Bay and in Eureka. Have you never gone to the ocean??? I've only been like 8 times and it was there twice.

  4.  @Lengsel7  Maybe that's it. It wasn't as much as in the video but it was knee deep and lots of balls of foam were blowing along the beach too.
