I know, Xi Jinping beginning to look more like a clown than winnie the pooh every week, lol I honestly hope they keep having trade wars with them so Australia eventually gets fed-up and stops doing business with them and finds better trade partners that don't act like spoiled children.

Australia should sell it back to them at 3x the price if they come begging, lol

Half of them are brainwashed and the other half have no spine, ready to spread their cheeks whenever asked. Bravery or Honour are not words that exists in modern Chinese society. Many of us have seen all the videos of Chinese ignoring even their own people and children that have gotten into road accidents, even walking or driving over them and ignoring them. Do you think they will really do something more harder like fight for the freedom of their country?

I just love how he is humiliating people in the building and bringing them down to earth. These people have done so much damage to society and have been know to be smug power abusers, silencing opinions on the platform that don't align with theirs or corporations/politicians that line their pockets.

The leave thing is really true. Most businesses in Japan have things set up in a way that the entire team is always busy and worked to 110% capacity. There is never any room for flexibility and deadlines are usually always tight. If one person has to take leave then the entire team has to overwork and you can be resented by colleagues for increasing their workload. This is why it's almost considered rude for staff on vacation to to bring back gifts for their co-workers when they return. We had a Japanese co-worker that moved here for work, and they were shocked when we added in extra time when planning out our deadlines for people unexpectedly having to take leave or falling sick.

@yangleezhao1710 @Black Bird You two need to stop copy pasting the same comment and making it obvious you're bots or Xi Jinping won't give you your social credit points
14
Eh? No they don't. They open a shop and make their whole family work for them.
10
They will never do that. Their leaders are too arrogant and drunk on power. History has thought us that these sort of leaders never change and nothing will improve the situation in China till they are overthrown.

Every country is in this constant cycle of flipping between 2 major parties and both of them end up doing a terrible job and being corrupt. Everytime people pat themselves on the back for voting out one party as if it made a difference, treating these politicians as celebrities and making fun of the 'other side' of voters when they lose. I swear a comet needs to hit this planet and hard reset everything.
9
Black Bird Nope
7
Not the same. They have the additional humidity to deal with as well which makes things significantly worse, on top of the other issues listed above.

Saw this title and immediately made a bowl of popcorn before watching. It's like when the 2 bullies in your school get into a fight, so satisfying when watching karma come into effect.
4
Che Guevara Nice 3rd account. At least learn english so you can post your random copied comments in the right places where it makes sense, lol.
4
Soudi Arabia is dry. The UK is humid. It's worse. Soudi Arabia even bus stops have air conditioning. In the UK less than 5% of homes have aircon because it's usually cold. Imagine what would happen if Soudi Arabia suddenly got 0< degree winters like most UK countries out of nowhere. People always die when there is this much of an abnormal temperature shift.
3
Damn, NRIs really love crying back home to the country they abandoned for money when things go even slightly wrong for them. All shops are being targeted regardless of race and no one has time to single you out based on race. This isn't about you and you aren't special. I know you're used to politicians listening to your goofy cries back home to win your votes, but grow a spine.
3
States are looking at making it illegal to travel for an abortion now. There's no way for them to 100% enforce it and courts would most likely throw these proposed changes out(hopefully).
3
Good thing? Yeah man, they can have the same population as India and have everyone live in poverty except a select few. The world would be a better place if we could take people like you and ship you to another planet, or find another planet ourselves to get away from ignorant people who just can't seem to mind their own business and are always bothered about how other people live life.
3
bwahahaha, you're funny. Confusing fear and helplessness for loyalty.
3
@yangleezhao1281 dude, the CCP won't give you any free social credit points for copy-pasting the same line on every top comment, find a better way to get your good for nothing kid into university bro 🤡 .
3
@modified9173 dude, a country that has organ harvesting and slave labour with concentration camps in 2021 has no moral argument. Keep making your self look like a 🤡 by trying to convince everyone China is some paradise 1st world superpower while your own citizens are fleeing from the country. The only reason the country has any success at all is because it exploits its own workforce and forces many of its people to work for free so you can sell cheap labour to the US. Now stop wasting time on here and go make my iPhone for me please.
3
Making China look like a clown is worth WWIII, lol
2
Yes!! Palik's voice and tone is extremely annoying. It's like she's desperately telling people what their opinions 'should' be and passing unnecessary comments/snide remarks, trying to control the narrative instead of just delivering the news and facts in an unbiased manner like a professional journalist. This woman is 100x more professional. Palik is a disgrace to REAL journalists everywhere.
2
I'm getting sick and tired of hearing about China and dream of the day when they go back to being a 3rd world country after the rest of the world finally puts them in their place.
2
Insert: "Oh nooo,.....anyway" meme
2
Do people in Rajasthan have shit reasoning skills? Maybe google why people are concerned even though this is normal temperatures for many other countries. If it weren't a big deal it wouldn't be in the news. Imagine your country suddenly got 0< degree winters, even though this is normal for others.
2
@brianzybura8633 Wtf are you talking about?
2
The world could survive another 500 years and we could have flying cars or cured all diseases by then, but whatever happens, people in these 2 countries will still be fighting among themselves over the same nonsense like cavemen/chimpanzees, that much is guaranteed. If there is a God that created us, it would be ashamed of it's work and regret creating us to begin with after observing what humans have become.
2
Good thing most of their high rise buildings are empty, and their realestate bubble popped, lol
2
If God could help you he wouldn't have given you this heatwave to begin with. Get real for once and get your politicians to actually take climate change seriously. Praying in a corner won't help with shit, unless you wan't your kids/grandkids to not live old enough to be your age.
2
So all you have to do in these countries to trigger a riot against a group of minorities is gather a few friends and make false claims online about 'blasphemy'. No one will even verify the claims and immediately start attacking like primitive monkeys. wtf... This reminds me of that video that was circulating of a mob of people that stoned and burned a woman alive because someone said she tore and threw a holy book in the bin, only to later find out this claim was false.
2
The older I get, the more I realise that countries that take religion this seriously are never going to prosper. Any little progress they make is because of a select few doctors, engineers, researchers...etc who don't care about these bs stone-age customs. Doesn't even matter if it's a hindu, muslim or catholic western country, they will always be in conflict like little man-babies. Also notice how its mostly men on the streets doing this nonsense. It's almost as if this planet would be better off if a meteor crashed into half of it, tired of seeing the same news even in 2022
2
And they will have to buy it at 3-5 times the original price, lol.
2
Media: "We must do something about THIS war because the people suffering have blue eyes and blonde hair" Pretty sure you've cancelled a lot of donations from plenty of coloured people who initially supported Ukraine uptill now. It also doesn't help as it reminded everyone that Eastern European countries like Ukraine and Poland are historically very racist and you have guards abusing people of colour at the border. Also what the media is doing is the same as whenever white people are injured or go missing in the news. They have 24x7 updates event triggers large searches from the police and community. But whenever it's a brown or black person they don't ever report it most of the time. It happens so often that theres a funny common name for it: "Missing white girl syndrome". Not making that up, you can google it to find out how deeply racism is rooted in the west.
2
Maybe stay home, fk less and consider not creating new kids while living in war-torn countries with no promise of a future?
2
Wtf is with all these goofy christians preaching on every video related to natural disasters and calling everyone 'sinners'. No one wants to listen to your nonsense at a time like this. Gtfo and tell your priests to stop touching kids or your men and politicians to stop abusing women.
2
@nak1707 Again, it's someone else's lifestyle so why do you care? If you want to be celibate, go for it. But why dictate what someone else does? Do you not have enough problems of your own to keep you occupied? No hobbies, life or kids to pay attention to? Are you miserable and undesirable now that you've become old and want other women to be miserable as well? Just interested in why you're so obsessed strangers' life choices?
2
No, it was good at one point but the west is crumbling now because of corruption....the sad part is because there are hundreds of thousands of educated young people gambling and leaving, there aren't enough back home to vote or change things for a better future. Things have gotten worse in India too.
2
It's not just about the numbers. There's a lot of other factors involved as well. Higher humidity, houses designed to keep heat trapped because it's usually cold all year, air conditioning being rare....etc There's plenty of other countries that are able to tolerate much higher numbers because of these factors being in their favour.
2
@alex47_in_downtown18 A christian talking about contradictions, oh the irony. Your entire religion is a contradiction. "Foetuses are little people" I think you have a contradiction with common sense(& science) here. It's unfortunate these 'little people' become worthless to most of you 'after' they're born and parents are left to fend for themselves, lol.
2
@nobodycares3953 Poking holes in condoms while they're still unopened is a fairly common thing. Not to mention people cheating with another man and declaring their real, more financially stable partners the father. It's so common that there are actually many reality TV shows surrounding all of these scenarios. The fact that you're surprised about this and don't even believe it means you're not educated enough on this matter and have no business making suggestions that only favour one parent.

It's funny seeing the government trying to tackle the declining birth/marriage rate problem without actually trying to address the root cause of the issue. - Speed dating programs - Singles meetup events - Dating websites and apps - Artificial Intelligence singles matching These are only a few of the silly things the government have wasted millions in tax money on while ignoring the issue of employers overworking their workers. It makes you realise, no matter the differences between countries, there is at least one common factor among all of them. Our politicians and corporations are mostly corrupt pieces of sht. Can't wait till things reach breaking point in most of these places and people start revolting and taking matters into their own hands.
2
@Consultant2080 Some countries throw employers in jail or make them pay large fines for overworking their employees. Especially if overtime is unpaid/underpaid. Nothing will change until people take matters into their own hands and start protesting or striking. Unless people do this, the news will only report on this issue when people start dying in significant numbers (which is exactly why this video was made).

The pandemic has taught us that employees are more valuable than CEOs and managers for a business to function and what happens when employees stand together in large numbers and demand better conditions. Many people got a pay rises along with permanent work from home options along with other perks. Businesses even started paying for people's college fees because they were desperate for workers after many people quit. The only reason things are like this in Japan is because most employees are obedient and don't stand together against this shitty work culture. Heck, some employees protect this culture and criticise co-workers for trying to maintain work-life balance. Not to mention there is a hiring culture in the country where employees are seen as unreliable when they've worked for less then 5-10 years for their previous job on their resumes, so people are afraid to leave too, unlike people around the world who left their jobs for better ones. Too many people not willing to take the risk in this country so employees have power to overwork them as much as they want because they know their employees will never talk back or leave them.

@polpol1005 Can you read? Where did I mention any praise of Musk's actual character or intentions? I just enjoy the fact that these leeches on society were publicly humiliated. I could care less about the character of the person that delivers their Karma. Though musk IS technically better for the following reason: - His businesses aren't generating substantial losses unlike twitter - His businesses din't split the country in half and make people constantly fight with each other over trivial matters - Ego and intentions aside, he was instrumental in making businesses and governments take electric vehicles seriously and somewhat had a positive impact on society and the environment, unlike twitter Am I a Musk fanboy? No. That does not mean I cannot appreciate his achievements. Statistically he is probably a POS like most people in his financial position, but was he any better than guys at twitter? Yeah, by a long shot. Anyone with common sense can see that. Stop arguing for the sake of arguing because you wan't to feel special. This isn't twitter, lol.
2
90% of the comments are just looking at temperature numbers and making fun of people in the UK because other countries get higher temperatures. FFS you people are morons and give educated Indians second hand embarrassment. There are many other factors involved. 40 degrees in a humid country is much worse than a dry country. Not to mention in a country that is usually cold, so all houses are designed to trap heat and not have air conditioning.
2
@ajaykumarsrinivasan5404 the internet exists....are you an old man? Just google 'Canada rental crisis' or 'Canada transport issues', it's that easy..... it's people like you who can't research for yourself who cause these issues...jumping into countries blindly.... If I'm going to turn my life upside down and move to a new country I'm going to research the hell out of it...what is wrong with you people? To be honest, India doesn't want you either dragging the country down, that's why they let you leave so easily in the thousands and be another country's problem...
2
@lars2894 Lol, it's not easy to get permanent residency in australia unless you have a highly in demand rare skill and a bunch of experience....but it IS easy to get student visas. These are the people currently causing problems in the market market. Regular migrants in the past however were able to assimilate into high skilled jobs and contribute to the country in the form of taxes. These students go on waiting lists for permanent residency after finishing their first course and jump from course to course to stay in the country. Governments turn a blind eye because they get money and cheap labor.
1
India isn't leading anything considering who's in charge right now and the amount of unemployment.
1
@louisecote3542 These exist everywhere...these universities are basically going to poor areas, convincing people to sell their farmlands or houses promising them permanent residency....look at the US border with the way people are slipping through and border patrol welcoming them/giving them accommodation....if you give poor desparate people an opening of course they're going to take it....screeching at them won't fix things when it's your government and universities' jobs to audit them and make sure they're genuine.....independent journalists have found them basically turning a blind eye to all this for $$$. But people like you are too simple minded and always ignore the root cause.. Canada and Australia voted for this...now this is the end result. Eat humble pie instead of crying and go pay $1mil for a shoebox apartment that was previously 1/10th the price.
1
@Eric-kn4yn What do you expect....our unis are going off to the poorest regions and convincing people to sell their shit in hopes of getting permanent residency and a better future....government and Unis get that sweet International student $$$ so they're happy.....they barely even bother checking if english certs are legit anymore and half of them can barely communicate. If the government declares open season and allows thieves to break into people's homes without any consequences who are you going to blame in hopes of fixing the issue...the thief or the government?
