💯Your statement; I do believe it. I got an assault conviction because I tapped one on the hip / back pocket with my finger!! Then I couldn't get hired for all the jobs I qualified for!!! I went into depression and anxiety and the VA gave me an 80% VA comp rating. I am a veteran. I feel that in your situation your Management was already thinking about letting you go. The reason that they did seems like a wrongful termination case if there is such a thing.

@ulbra6306 Also the US needs to manufacture again. Donald Trump has said it before, and he's going to say it again. This country needs to make all kinds of goods again and stop shipping the jobs to overseas and Mexico. Then you might see young men and other men wanting to work. We like to make things, all kinds of things.

@Accuface2000 They will give it up to a Chad or Tyrone faster than you can read a statement and answer here.

@markrios3464 I like the chinese proverb "Never throw caution to the wind."
38
Wow, now we need bodycams at the workplace!! I'm tapping out of this shit bro.
27
@daemon_zero And 80% of judges are assholes on this.
23
Having a good brain is a gift from God, I'm glad you used it.
22
@ulbra6306 I guess that guys should find jobs or work away from women. Then you don't even have to play that game. But the job itself might suck more!!!
16
Did you realize the texts are evidence? If a guy did that he would get a charge of harassment and have to go to court, again those are evidence. And they would have probably worked for you too!!
14
Let her lewinsky you!! 😆
13
@aronraszkiewicz1942 It depends on what the business is.Even in a trucking business there are female drivers. And in offices I see 80% women but men, especially white men can not complain anywhere. White males are not a protected class in the USA.
11
@aronraszkiewicz1942 In the USA you'd never get away with having an all male staff, it's illegal here. It should be the other way around too - no all women staffs but we know that happens.

@PremiumFuelOnly One step ahead, that's how you survive in the modern era.
7
@tawaytaway-vz1fw We know that she is the cause of destroying a guys career or job path. And there are no laws to protect him. At some point he will apply for social services assistance.
7
@okigi-wo5zm I guess that was the good old days.

666 likes and that is the Number of The Beast. 😆😲😈💩💩💩💩

embatbr And you can't like accidently tap her with your finger and get an assault charge. True story it happened to me. Well it wasn't an accident really just clowning around.
5
@mma-dost DEI lady running for President right now.
5
@Hardin9 Right it's making them Bitter, you typoed that LOL!! So at 40 they get like old people, the bitter ones I mean.

@tongobong1 In my experience if I lost a job through layoff or getting fired, I always went to unemployment it's a natural step. And in consideration of mistreatment, or what I heard to be called wrongful termination you get 6 months to have an attorney and make the charge. After that, by law (Virginia) you can't get an attorney for it. So what happens is you get busy looking for another job (because that's all you know) and the company gets away with it. You're doing your best at work by not returning a touch to the ladies. If she put her arm kind of around you and her hand was on your shoulder, I'm thinking you're sitting down and she is talking about some paperwork then I think she's being warm and friendly. Even so, now that I'm an old dude I can see that you should talk to her off the side at some point and say you don't like the touch thing, even though you're just being friendly. If she's cool you won't have a problem. And if you have a supervisor why don't you talk to him / her off to the side sometime too?

@rayrodriguessilva5172 That is what is assumed 100%, but she MUST provide EVIDENCE!!!
3
Well what is SH, oh it's harassment.
3
@stephenlaw1910 In the form of cheap labor, they should have known better.
3
@AnnonymousPrime-ks4uf Rule us until we break it then!!
3
@AZERBAIJANI1 I bet a company, or most companies have no policy on this. Then a boss can tell you not too, and you're supposed to listen. However you should say what is the company policy?
3
Don't give me that "even if you're gay" stuff. That's why you didn't have many problems there. Okay you stil have a target on you but it's way harder to hit.
2
@tongobong1 Much better off not getting involved with them. Even if you had a date away from work completely, then she's there at work - the next working day. You would be risking your job, and nowadays a good job is hard to get. HR is not supposed to be your friend yet you could go there for advice. I don't see how that could hurt after all you've done nothing wrong. If you did do something wrong HR is going to be all over it. Find other ways to get with women, there's different advice on YouTube, and Tinder is for a roll in the hay from what I've heard.

@aminlogory4684 Assault is ridiculous on your record though. For a finger tap - I wouldn't charge someone with assault if he did that to my wife. Suppose he needs a job and then can't get one. At this level it's a misdemeanor but employers treat it like felony. And then if the guy goes nuts he may become angry and seek revenge - it's just stupid. There must be some other title / charge other than assault in my opinion. I know because I went through it all. At one point I told the VA I think I have PTSD, and they rated me for anxiety and depression. So you don't do this to a guy, take it from me. I served 12 years active duty Army and then got out and this happened, amongst other things so I think some day I will write a book.
2
@dirtyace1668 I hate the snowflake stuff though, dangerous and dumb shit - at men.
2
@worldhello1234 In Virginia (State), assault can be a tap with your finger on someone. Isn't it criminal to charge someone with that? To destroy a good record, even having served in the military. Well that's what actually happened. And I might have been just pranking, playing a joke. We were even sitting down when I did it. Just tapped her on the hip with my finger. Big deal.
2
 @Itsgone99 Oh the robot thing?

@octavianepure8004 I had to work in restaurants in the 2010's after I was in the Army. I was mostly in delivery and at that time there were no issues with the waitresses. In the military there were female staff sergeants when I was overseas. Everyone ignored me for promotion but all people of color and women got promoted. I was in my 40's because I went in the service at 33 years old. I wanted to be a Staff Sergeant to stay in another 8 years but decided to get out after my experience. I did the remainder 8 years in the Army Reserves and left the same rank, an E-5 / SGT. As we age it only gets worse and they will surpress white males and promote the others.

@PharaoahMonk I have no idea about Bucharest, but I feel like you want to go back!! Good luck back at the old world.

@jacksonripper-mp8dr DEI hires hurt white guys especially 40 and over. I'm glad President Trump will be president again soon, but I don't know that he can make changes that would give more white guys a fair shot and not be cancelled. I got cancelled few years back so I know how it feels. We will be on a path for prosperity, and I hope as a country, I was talking about my own experience but I've aged out and mostly retired now. The border problem needs to be addressed again, let Trump finish what he started years ago. And I think feminism is unhealthy for the US, and probably for the world. Women being masculine and not feminine is a horrible thing to see, and in the workforce it's a disease.
1
@AZERBAIJANI1 Google body cams and see what comes up. Good luck to you, I no longer have to worry about this.
1
What if she hits on you? You'll close the door with you inside!
1
@jacksonripper-mp8dr Do you know for a fact there's more females than males? I can tell what's going on in the workforce now because I'm a 1099 worker now.

 @mma-dost 💯

@diegocanale1124 A 1000% better chance of positive change under Donald than Kamalah. Anyone that doesn't know that by now is in denial, or uneducated in American policies. The are good policies and then there are bad ones. The current admin has some bad policies in place but that's what they wanted. They said they were going to do them and they did. Now all the people that put them in office are really responsible for this incredible downslide of our economy.

@Xy33zr After I get a vasectomy I'll give it to her!! Well that's if I only saw her once a day. A co-worker I will not engage in unprofessional conversation or actions.
1
@OnlyTheTruth-ti9ex Most men might get a boner, if that's what you meant.
1
They must have figured doing this would somehow fix the problem? Why didn't they ask you first what you thought if they did it? They treated you like a second class citizen, oh yeah you're a man, I forgot. 😷😮ðŸ˜
1
And get a vasectomy too while you're at it!!

@chaseomb9733 All she has to say is he looked at her creepily. The thing is though he was the one with experience at the company, they know who he is. I lost more than one job because the company wasn't diverse enough and someone had to go. I actually saw who they brought in after the downsizing. What a sleazy company. And when I was in the military after that the black leaders, senior Sergeants were promoting black female soldiers past me!! It happened overseas. I saw this stuff and been a victim for years. It's over now because I aged out. Retired from all the BS going on. If you're a white beta male watch out you'll be on the shit list.

@haritadepalli959 Feminism is a disease. Mark Levin said that. He said the same thing about Liberalism. It is one of the reasons that Donald Trump is back in office soon.
1
@2oqp577 I think you're right and 💯percent. Except how can policies like this exist? In about 50% of businesses I think men can work around women, and vice versa. So men's work needs to stay mens work, so step one is to identify those kind of jobs. But there would always be an exception to policy. I think the thing to get rid of is EEO / DEI policies. To get a certain position the candidate has to pass tests and interviews. No exceptions, but then that is not really America but that's okay.

@kd-1-9942 What about a little old ladie crossing the street? 😆
1
@worldhello1234 If you go to court for sexual harassment, and only one incident then I think a guy could have gotten out of it. I got charged with assault for a finger tap like on her back pocket nearer to the hip. What a crazy Karen she was. It messed up my life is what it did.
1
@HaradhanKerani Right, and if you already have kids then you need a vasectomy too, just in case you get accused my a woman you may have "got lucky" with. Don't hesitate go get your vasectomy ASAP!!! 😆
