It's interesting how being generous ends up making you money in the end. I helped a neighbor with a bathroom tap that wasn't working right. It took me 20 mimutes to fix it and I refused to take anything for it. Later in the week he came by with a dozen Nike tshirts in a bag as a gift (he worked for Nike). The tshirts were worth triple what my effort was. I have had other experiences like this where I have shown kindness and it gets magnified in return

@asparrow9876 I kept the shirts. Strangely the shirts developed a kind of sentimental value for me. I didn't care they were Nike but they were comfortable and good quality
