@anthonyallard3156 That is a good point. We don't know how much inflation is coming our way and where rates will be. Some think that higher inflation will force consumer spending to drop off sharply and cause massive layoffs as corporations face sharply declining profits and the resulting unemployment would likely forcing a decline in home prices. I bought a home 3 months ago but it was because homes here are more reasonably priced than on the coasts and I don't think prices will drop as much here.

@SunofYork The Walton family just sold a billion dollars worth of shares in Walmart. There are many other indicators the economy is in trouble. Elites are building bunkers in NZ and other places. I can't predict the future but I think we are seeing signs that many people are nervous about government debt that is impossible to repay
