  1. I don't know what to think of this. It's cool that they are modernizing the play Hamilton, and I'm all for culturally black versions of things, I mean if Hollywood can shamelessly plagiarize Japanese cinema, then why can't the black community do a spin on a white play? But there is a point to be made that Alexander Hamilton was pro-slavery and displaying him like this tries to cover up that side of history. The only way that black people should be playing white owners of black slaves is in satire.
