  1. Although in most states weed is legal, using it prohibits you from owning a gun. But unless that gun is used in a crime nobody cares. If everyone who ate gummies or vaped or whatever and lied about it on their application were prosecuted, the courts would be backed up for a century. These are crimes that no one goes to jail for. These are crimes that are rarely prosecuted.
