@np5246 Only 47 miles of new "wall" were built in places where no kind of barrier existed previously. Mexico didn't pay for it, either. Thus the comment pointing out that trump's wall is in the same place as his other failures. Trump couldn't do jack with his wall, but you expect Biden to waste billions of dollars on 1st century technology? That being said, a wall isn't a real policy. Policies can be said to be a set of rules, and they can change over time.
