Exemption Three: Information that is prohibited from disclosure by another federal law. Exemption Four: Trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person that is privileged or confidential. Exemption Five: Inter-agency or intra-agency memoranda or letters that are protected by legal privileges. Exemption Six: Personnel, medical, financial, and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Exemption Seven: Certain types of information compiled for law enforcement purposes. Exemption Eight: Records that are contained in or related to examination, operating, or condition reports prepared by, on behalf of, or for the use of any agency responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions. Exemption Nine: Geological and geophysical information and data, including maps, concerning wells. Three Exclusions (c)(1) Exclusion: Subject of a criminal investigation or proceeding is unaware of the existence of records concerning the pending investigation or proceeding and disclosure of such records would interfere with the investigation or proceeding. (c)(2) Exclusion: Informant records maintained by a criminal law enforcement agency and the individual's status as an informant is not known.   10. There's actually a time line of all this online. It didn't go down at all like you think it did. The National Archives has been asking for this shit for a long time. They got a few boxes, Trump's lawyers said "that's all." Wasn't all and they went back and forth on that, yadda, yadda. So a subpoena was issued and Trump basically gave them the middle finger returning nothing. Then they went and got them. The end.

Trump's sycophants would have you believe he could have waved his hand over the U-Haul trailer as it headed out the White House driveway and down I-95 toward Florida, and there would have been no classified material in there to mishandle. That's not how it works. First, Trump’s power to declassify ended with his presidency and there is a specific protocol that needs to be adhered to. Second, that U-Haul could be reclassified by someone else even before it was unloaded at Mar-a-Lago. And third, there are certain materials that presidents cannot classify and declassify at will. One such category of material is the identity of spies. Another is nuclear secrets. The Atomic Energy Acts of 1946 and 1954 produced an even stranger category of classified knowledge. Anything related to the production or use of nuclear weapons and nuclear power is inherently classified, and Trump could utter whatever words he pleased yet still be in possession of classified material.

I do know he violated the Presidential Records Act. I do know he put foreign operatives at risk when he invited a known Russian spy into the oval and gave him top secret information. I do know after pledged to eliminate the US debt in eight years, he increased the national debt by $7.8 trillion. The financial burden that he’s inflicted on our government will wreak havoc for decades, saddling our kids and grandkids with debt. I do know he cut taxes for the 1% and gave the middle finger to the working class. I do know he didn't release his tax returns. I do know he didn't "repeal and replace" the ACA, and in fact never had a health care plan at all. I do know he didn't introduce an infrastructure bill. I do know he did nothing to lower drug prices. I do know his stupid trade war by tweet wrecked havoc on American farmers. I do know he couldn't even keep his promise to "rarely leave the White House because there's so much work to be done." And on, and on, and on.

He also didn't get Mexico to pay for his big, beautiful wall that blew over, didn't repeal and replace Obamacare with a "tremendous" health care everyone would love, or show his tax returns, didn't lower drug costs, didn't decrease the national debt (LOL), didn't propose an infrastructure bill, or put coal miners back to work (along with the milkman), didn't close the Internet where ISIS is (🙄) didn't get Congress to allow health insurance across state lines, didn't eliminate gun-free zones at schools and military bases (like seriously wtf?) didn't allow individuals to deduct health care insurance premiums from taxes, didn't sue his accusers of sexual misconduct and a slew of other things he promised.
