  1. also this study is taking into account college students who dont usually give a shit what they eat and cant always eat as well so they need to eat more sometimes (usually at night) because they didnt eat anything all day also i know with some people like jesse from BFvsGF if there is somebody dieting around him he feels horrible about eating normal foods around them and he eats less to try to help them out but if he doesnt know somebody is dieting he eats whatever
