  2. every country has proven 5-7 hours of sleep is actually what you want and sometimes a nap at about 2pm is the best for your brain however there is a study and this is for some females and females only they only need 4 hours of sleep and are completely fine it is a mutation in the brain that makes it so they dont need sleep like other peoples and i just remember TYT talking about it before those woman are also set for the rest of the day then there are others who are night peoples and it is the same thing for those woman who like to be up at night but they just have to sleep 4 hous in the day also if you are a night person 5-7 hours of sleep in the day is proven to be the best
