  1. It's maybe not so bad if you're the pilot, way up on top. Might be rather traumatic if you're the radar crew who has to sit in that ungainly bulge.

  2. I thought this looked like an ugly piece of junk. Then you said "Merlin engines" and I felt like I would fight anyone who called my new friend ugly. Then you said the Merlins got replaced. What an ugly piece of junk.

  3.  @EdNashsMilitaryMatters  I live in Hamilton, ON. One of the two airworthy Lancasters lives here and gives flyovers for special events, air shows, and museum donors with deep pockets. There's nothing like the sound of four Merlins passing right over your house.
