  8. There is a very serious misconception popularized by george Bush administration claiming they were supporting development of cell lines for medicine. There is a very serious difference between cell lines and stem cells or embryonic cells. A cell line is differentiated. The stem cells or embryonic cells are pluerypotential cells. They can be transplanted and assume a genetic boundary. A cell line does not have a genetic boundary it is a cancer cell line. Regardless of origin a cell line is differentiated to immortal cancer cells. They can't be used as therapeutic because they don't have boundaries. An injection is cancer. It is difficult to get a cell to accept mRNA or DNA inside the cell. You can't just inject DNA or mRNA in someone and get genetic change. Spike protein antigen in and of itself is probably not enough to get immunity. There are at least three variants and this is a synthetic spike protein antigen. The antigen alone would be marginal immunity at most. Normally a whole virus is deactivated and the entire protein coat produces an array or cascade of antibodies in a person. A cell line injection will result in cancer.
