  1. The pay of school teachers is not a living wage local and neither is the pay of bus drivers. It is ridiculous to expect people to work for less than 4 times the rent for one bedroom apartment local commute. This is the least a person can work. The pay for stable employment might be twice this amount. The management has no concept of the cost of living in the area. A homeless wage is less than 4 times the rent for one bedroom apartment local. This is 30 dollars an hour in most states.

When the wet bulb temperatures are over 100 degrees Fahrenheit you have to have cooling like air-conditioning or cold water to survive because evaporative cooling is greater than body temperature. We should insist on the EPA regulations that required zero cost air-conditioning without refrigerants. This possible technology required by the US EPA was denied for strange reasons.

  5. The EPA mission under treaty should require Edison generator or battery powered dynamo powered electric cars trucks and airplanes. These unlimited range electric vehicles without fuel are less toxic pollution related to lithium batteries and cobalt.
