  1. We shouldn't be legislating using people. It should be easily understood objectively that open carry of rifles can't be allowed during a peaceful assembly. Nobody loudly reminded people that these rights can not happen together without a well regulated militia. The Wisconsin national guard might have been appropriate if the national guard did not have a history of shooting crowds of unarmed protests.
