The fracking is protection against Lontrel herbicide and VX Nerve agent releases but the molecules protect the pollution from removal with soot smoke or heat. The methane coats the pollution and prevents adsorption by soot smoke to eliminate atmosphere ionization from halogenated vinyl and halogenated carbon pollution.
