We have serious Treaties instituted by scientists to initiate survival and enlist the military to survive nuclear technology halogenated vinyl and halogenated carbon from the serious and persistent damaging effects of chemical manufacturing and nuclear technology. These effects are global warming global infertility and global atmosphere ionization. These Treaties are significant impact if enforced completely. These Treaties have not been enforced and pollution has not been reduced at all. The ionization pollution has increased in the 50 years of waiting for elimination of halogenated vinyl halogenated carbon and nuclear technology on a do or die basis. Treaties instituted by scientists to initiate survival and ratified by Congress and USSR and 180 countries have not had any effect.
