I might not have the best advices, but i'll try to help you ; I highly suggest you go to a gym, learn boxing, kung fu or do anything that makes you feel manly. At the same time, go see an esthetician. Then go see a tailor(Italian if available) and make your clothes very fit and stylish. You could also see a life coach, but be careful, there are a lot of false ones that are simply greedy. Building confidence is the key, but yours must be crushed.Thoses ideas should help rebuild some. In hope you become happy. :)

Morality is subjective. Some people think exactly the opposite of others. People you call terrorists are heroes for many. We are living in an era where western politicians are trying to push liberalism as the only morale code. Countries are making new laws against hate, social medias censor most people that don't think their way, self-proclaimed antifascists can go out and beat old ladies without being arrested, etc. etc. Fun fact : When most corrupt politicians and greedy corporations are on your side, maybe your morals are not as clean as you think. The right to abortion are already there in most western countries and have nothing to do with patriarchy or oppression. It's a debate of value about life. Thoses that are against think abortion is murder. Women do not have less power than men in the west and many would argue the opposite. Most rapists, murderers, etc. are an extreme minority and are punished by the laws. Destigmatizing sexual freedom... Really ? Do you live in Saudi Arabia ? Most incels channels/discussions i've seen were talking about hypergamy in the women mind and how to get out of the ''friendzone'' or other stuff far more based on self improvement. Most feminists groups i've seen are talking about things that don't exist like the load of crap you just said because some trend told you it was true. It seems more like feminists want to have privileges and use men as scapegoat. Exactly like all the immigrants do in the west with white people and patriarchy as scapegoat. @errorghostt Yeah because today's trend is really against sexism, racism and homophobia. If you were born in the 1800, you'd think all of this is normal and would have a very different opinion on it and most probably in favor of what you despise now. Our morals often resolve around trends more than serious thoughts. Now the incel/mgtow are starting to become a trend, you women will feel what we endure when most feminists talk.
