  1. The identified comorbidities for bad outcomes from Covid are mostly diseases of excess, like obesity, diabetes and heart disease. North Koreans are mostly affected by diseases of attrition, like famine, rickets and kwashiorkor. Besides the elderly I suspect their Covid morbidity rate will be very, very low, despite the very high number of positive cases.
